Privacy policy
How we handle personal data when you visit codinnov.gr or send us a message. We keep the minimum, and only for as long as needed.

What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, (optionally) company, your message and the topics you selected.
- Email: whatever you send directly to info@codinnov.gr.
- Server logs: like any web server, our hosting records IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type, for security and operation.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party content (fonts are served from our own server). That is why there is no cookie banner.
Purpose and legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a proposal, at your request before any contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and working, and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or share them with third parties.
Recipients
Data is stored with the company's hosting and email provider, acting as our processor, within the European Union. We may disclose it to authorities only where the law requires.
Retention
Messages that don't lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact. If we work together, records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Server logs are kept for a limited period according to the provider's settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Write to info@codinnov.gr and we will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
